With our proprietory LaserGuide software we model your actual, ESCON-based production workloads against your proposed FICON backbone and provide the most accurate prediction of future performance under FICON possible today.
FICON Health Check™ is our tune-up solution for established FICON I/O Subsystems. While the Modeling Service helps you move to FICON, the Health Check service keeps your FICON configuration performing at its best.
Batch Analysis Service™ is the ultimate service solution for finding and fixing your most obstinate batch performance problems. All you do is provide pertinent SMF data, a schedule report and your objectives. We process the information off-site and return with a detailed and exhaustive report that includes exactly what changes are needed to accomplish your goal. Our service routinely extracts 30% to 60% of elapsed time from most batch systems.
