Maintenance Packages for VisiTrac/Basic Version 9.0

The following packages are available to address issues with Version 9.0 of VisiTrac/Basic. With each package is a description of the issue(s) and component(s) addressed. Initiate the download by clicking on the Package Name.

This maintenance package addresses the following issues and/or updates:

• All issues and updates found in MP1 below
• Avoid duplicate NonTask boxes on a flowchart when no END= job specified
• Address missing successors from a START= only parameter specification
• Correct selection of "current" cycle date when no RUNDATE DD value is provided
• Fixing missing tasks in a flowchart when loading multiple schedule sources
• Address desktop software abends when activating RTM on a process with very large numbers of tasks and/or links
• Fix failure to retain alternative printer selection while printing a VisiTrac report/chart
• Address error in start and/or (predicted) end date/time value during RTM monitoring of an active process

The download package is a self-extracting zip archive. It contains a README file with detailed instructions on installation. To access the README file:

1. Download the Maintenance Package by clicking Package 2 above or below.
2. Execute the download VisiTrac-V900-MP2.EXE file which will:
   
   a. Add a Windows folder as "C:\VisiTracV900MP2"
   b. Extract the files to this new folder
   c. Call NotePad to display the contents of the ReadMe file enclosed which provides additional information on installation.
   
   
3. Review the README file for detail installation instructions.

This maintenance package addresses the following issues and/or updates:

• Abend loading Schedules with BLDSCHED module
• Loops producing flowcharts in schedule-only processing
• Incorrect handling of the START= job(s) in flowcahrt production and parameter loading
• Looping desktop during the RTM initialization phase
• Desktop/RTM STC connection failures during RTM monitoring
• General improvement in RTM activation speed and elapse time
• Correction for VisiTrac Help file loading
• Elimination of repetitively presented matching Alert message text
• Missing PROCSTART Alert event message in some conditions
• Correction to errors in posting Non-Tasks during RTM monitoring
